Shep Woolley
Mr Entertainment! Shep Woolley is an entertainer of international renown. An ex-sailor with a ready wit and a great line in chat as well as a superb singer/guitarist & songwriter. He has entertained all over the world and is in great demand as an after-dinner speaker. He is an actor, impresario and raconteur. He tells stories from life, the universe and everything. Book him and buy in the ibuprofen for your aching ribs.

George Wilson
Also Available At: EZFolk
George is essentially a singer/guitarist with a fine sense of humour who can entertain any crowd in any situation. He plays 6&12-string guitars (not at the same time) and cittern (like a mandolin with a thyroid condition). From folk to rock 'n' roll through reggae, Celtic & beyond. He has a wealth of musical experience in venues from pubs to concert halls and is very much in demand as a compere at major music festivals throughout the country.

Ron Trueman-Border
Arguably one of Britain's greatest undiscovered treasures. Ron Trueman-Border is a truly magnificent talent as a singer/songwriter whose songs cover any subject through every emotion. They are, in turn, humorous, touching, prophetic, thought provoking yet always entertaining. He writes songs in just about every imaginable style - blues, folk, reggae, calypso, rock - and his talent and style are not to be missed. He is going to be HUGE!

The Phatt-B'Stards
One of the original Good Time Pub Bands! Juan, Fredo, Finn and Phläm are four brothers from Barcelona, Naples, Helsinki and Brussels (their dad had a push-bike - it's a long story!). Primarily Juan & Fredo perform together and occasionally meet up with Finn and/or Phläm to tour major folk festivals where, due to the amount of alcohol consumed, language differences are not a problem. These are large guys who are BIG on entertainment. They play a mixture of pop & folk and call it 'POKE'. They treat every gig like a party and YOU are invited. Why not come and see the band, hear the music, sniff the T-Shirt and have a poke. They are Phatt-B'Stards and they ate all the pies.

Jonathan the Jester
Voted European Jester Of The Year 1999, Jonathan is the ultimate entertainment package. Children's entertainer, magician, tumbler, juggler, unicyclist - the list goes on. A very accomplished 'street' entertainer he performs all over Europe either solo or in the company of other jesters. Another speciality is performing at medieval banquets in company with his own troupe of jesters and musicians. His night-time fire juggling must be seen to be believed!

Blo Na Gael

The Bridge Brothers
Playing everything from blues to boogie through Dylan and 'diddley-diddley' via vera Lynn. Clifton and Putney (their parents must have had one sad sense of humour!) can have a pub or club throbbing within minutes of taking the stage. Occasionally augmented by young Sidney on a variety of stringed instruments, this is good-time music at it's best - something for everyone.

Nine Mile Ride
Nine Mile Ride is the address of the place that makes 'bar-billiard' games and never was a pair of people more suited to playing in pubs than Bill McKinnon and George Wilson. They play everything from bluegrass to Buddy Holly, The Eagles to The Everly's. Banjo & guitars so tight you cannot see daylight between them and harmonies to die for. Their instrumental and vocal dexterity has set many a party alight as well as half the locks on the upper Thames (they rehearse on Bill's narrow boat).

Hot Tamales
Skiffley, jazzy, bluesey swamp music ?? The Hot Tamales play the lot!! 'Finger-In-The-Ear' it most certainly ain't but it IS good-time music guaranteed to get you tapping your feet - if not up on them dancing. See the lady wearing a washboard ! See the string bass player stand up unaided !! See the tall, skinny guy play some of the best 'bottle-neck' guitar EVER!!! All of this ……AND a banjo.

Blue Moon Jazz Band
Trad jazz as it was meant to be! This lot (and there are a few of 'em) have years of experience between them and it shows. Real fun-time music for every occasion, be it pub, club, garden party or a Victorian cricket match (Honestly!). JAZZ - Delicious hot, disgusting cold! This is RED HOT!

Repo Men
Three friends who got together 'for a laugh' at a party and discovered some tight musicianship and even tighter harmonies. With a mixture of original and 'cover' songs you can close your eyes and think you are at an Eagles/ Bread/America/Orleans gig. Laid back and eminently listenable - even your Granny will love them!

Brian Hooper
The 'Mr Suave' of the southern music scene. Brian's laid back delivery belies the man's talent. If you fancy a trip down memory lane in the company of Bob Dylan, Jim Croce, Jerry Jeff Walker and a host of other musical 'greats' then Brian is the one for you. Also a very fine songwriter, Brian is a singer and guitarist of great style and approach.

Jeff Henry
Jeff henry has been singing and playing around the Southampton area for more years than he cares to remember. His repertoire ranges from the traditional to current singer-songwriters, either unaccompanied or with guitar or dulcimer - if its got a good tune or story, he'll sing it. Jeff has a distinctive voice & style and occasionally duo's with Brian Hooper. After thirty years practicing he reckons he's just about got it right. We think so too!

The Heavily Brothers
With a name like that you might think they are a 'tribute' band - Not So! (Unless you count tributes to just about every genre of popular music) In truth the are 'The Phatt-B'Stards' using the pseudonym because some venues don't like using the word 'Phatt' in their advertising - Never a problem in Kent! Much in demand for weddings (even in a naturist camp - PLEASE! No jokes about 'best man') Loads of fun, loads of laughs!

Band of Two
Pete Fyfe (Guitar, banjo, mandolin, vocals) and Gary Blakely (Fiddle, guitar, vocals) team up to produce some of the most exciting pub and club music around. It's a cast-iron guarantee that no one will be able to sit still when these guys play. Call it 'Irish', call it 'Country', call it anything you like but you'll have to admit that it's 'Good' (if only Pete's jokes were that good!)

Rajin Cajins
Some of the best swamp music to come out of the south (of England). Rajin Cajins play the best Louisiana music there is. Listen to them play and you can almost smell the Jambalaya and Gumbo cooking……and talking of cooking - this band really ARE !

Hat Trick
Morag Pearson and Rob Loneragan are two of the nicest people you could ever meet. Playing a multitude of instruments (melodeon, mandolin, guitar, bodhran and they sing like angels. To label what they do as 'folk music' does them a great disservice. While the instrumentation and material might be folk oriented, the delivery and style cannot be pigeonholed. A tremendous talent just waiting to play.
